The Illinois Bicycle Lawyers at Keating Law Offices will be there and will have lots of FREE Chicago Bike Flag t-shirts, hats, stickers and patches for Chicago's brave bicyclists who have battled this long winter. The Winter Bike Swap is sponsored by the Chicagoland Bicycle Coalition, Chicago Bike Winter and Break the Gridlock.
